Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That is why you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, without custom engraving and in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Please contact our Customer Service team to find out the address where to return your item as it depends on your location. Customers should also refer to our Returns & Substitutions section in our Terms & Conditions.
Our Return Process
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Customer Service team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than DIAM Gems & Stones), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Product that is returned should be sent with the original packaging and diamond(s) certificate(s). If a customer fails to provide the packaging he/she will be liable for the replacement costs. Please note the cost of replacing a diamond certificate is $250 and a further $50 for replacing the packaging. Once we receive the returned item and it is accepted, a refund or the delivery of a new item will be processed in a timely manner. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the customer fails to advise the Customer Service team beforehand.
How To Prepare A Return
To return an item to DIAM Gems & Stones, customers should follow these 3 steps:
1. Contact DIAM Gems & Stones on 0845 293 0898 (UK customers) or +44 161 637 0176 (non UK customers) to speak with our Customer Service team or email us at sales@diamgs.com.
2. We will then send you a Return Authorisation Code and detailed instructions on how to return your order.
3. The return package should be addressed correctly with the special delivery address, which the Customer Service team will provide you. Customers should not make any reference to DIAM Gems & Stones on the outside of the package.
